Monogram Capital Partners was founded in 2014 to help promising consumer and retail brands become category leaders.

The partners have invested more than $1.5 billion of equity capital primarily in consumer and retail businesses. Leveraging best practices and relationships from leading institutions, we bring elite investing, advisory and operating experience to the lower middle market.
In partnership with management teams, the firm focuses on developing the next generation of category leaders by providing flexible capital, deep domain knowledge, access to transformative industry relationships, and strategic and operational expertise to our investments.

Investment Criteria

Monogram seeks to invest in innovative brands with differentiated value propositions and demonstrated customer followings. We look for strong management teams with defined visions for their businesses and the desire to achieve outsized growth on an accelerated timeline. Our flexible mandate allows us to invest in companies ranging from $5 to $250+ million in revenue.

Value Addition

At Monogram, we pride ourselves on being collaborative partners with management teams. To these partnerships we bring domain expertise in areas of strategic importance: brand building, marketing, recruiting, operations, supply chain / distribution, financial reporting, and financing. Alongside this, Monogram delivers a network of key channel partners to broaden distribution into new points of sale and geographies as well as the transactional experience to maximize value on exit. We typically deploy up to $50+ million of equity capital per investment.
